Kirk takes McCoy back to Iowa because McCoy claims he wants to be "an old country doctor". Hilarity ensues because McCoy has NEVER SET FOOT IN THE COUNTRY. He 1. can't live without subspace network/trek!internet, 2. has no idea how to milk a cow and gets kicked in the face, 3. turns out to be hugely allergic to, like, the entire state of Iowa (bonus if Jim shares the allergy pills that Bones originally prescribed him <3).
